Couldn't recommend more for a fleeting pause

Friendly staff, convenient location, the cute bar area made my stay enjoyable, and the easy access to the Hauptbahnhof Nord ensured I could explore the city effortlessly.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The building is very very good and the rooms are reasonably large and brand-new with a very clean bathroom and normal beds plus a couch. All the staff is extremely helpful and efficient and is engaged to make your stay really good.

The staff demonstrated extraordinary kindness. On Christmas night, they specially prepared gifts. The room was rather small and lacked some basic comforts, like hair conditioner and easy access to replenished supplies.

I faced some significant issues. The staff seemed to lack proper training, which led to multiple billing errors that wasted my time. I was disappointed to find that my room rarely received any upkeep, as I had to request toilet paper and coffee regularly.

Attention to cleanliness needs improvement!!! Dirty windows and a lack of basic amenities like hair conditioner were disappointing!!! Frequent requests for replenishment of toilet paper and coffee were frustrating!!!

Very comfy stay in Hamburg!

Had a super cozy room with everything I needed. The bed was like a cloud! Also loved that the bus stop was right by the hotel. Oh, and the bar area was perfect for chilling after a long day. Just wished breakfast started a bit earlier.

Oh, the croissants at breakfast were flaky dreams come true! Plus, the hotel boasts a big, comfortable room with a nice sofa-perfect for catching up on work or just relaxing after a day of culinary adventures. It's about a 20-minute stroll to the city center!

A couple of hiccups though-like no one coming 'round to check if we needed more toilet paper or coffee after four nights. You'd think for over €800, they'd keep an eye on that!
